The Rules
Submission
You can submit your own or your favorite photoblog site, and your submission will immediately appear in "Pending" section, where can be found by other members, if they like it, they will vote for it.
The Nominees
Once a submission has earned enough votes, it becomes a nominee.
Some of the winners last year may directly become the nominees.
The Finalists and Winners
The Finalists will be selected according to the votes.
The Winners will be determined from the finalists by our panel of judges(the final votes by featured members of CPB).
Create Only One Account
We do monitor votes and reserve the right to remove cheating votes and even cancel your nominee qualification.
Let's keep it a clean and fair place for the awards.
